Housewife Simulator

Housewife Simulator was the first item in my Consumption Series. A parody video game case displayed in a hot pink case. The goal of the case was to reflect on that even though we have moved away from “women belong in the kitchen” our household duties are still very much so defined by gender roles.

The original copy had separate sections printed and layered separately, which I then uploaded back into procreate and played around with to get a final look. I also messed around with writing on top of and printing out more corrupted versions.
